Rest for the Tired
A lovely old black and white timber framed house. Built in 1623 and situated at the edge of town with the rear gardens and car park stretching right down to the River Wye. A Grade II listed building, Rest for the Tired has many of its original features, lovely oak beams and a real sense of history. When you arrive you will be directed to your own private parking area.

After a days activities, relax with a book on the comfy sofas in the large sitting/dining room or catch up with the days events on the tv. There are lots of places to dine out in Hay, but if you fancy cooking your own then both properties have full cooking facilities and a large dining table...

Accommodation at Rest for the Tired is in either double or twin en-suite rooms with colour television, tea & coffee making facilities, full central heating and electric blankets.

Hearty breakfasts are our speciality with an excellent choice of vegetarian food served - all diets catered for. Guests have full access to our lovely garden, all rooms have Wifi connection, free toiletries, towels and hair dryers, heating, iron facilities available. We have a No Smoking or Pets policy. We have a large, easy access private car park at the rear of the property.
